Well July is over and the ‘Get Your Bass On’ Monthly challenge has come to an end. And what a month it was. We had 48 anglers from all over Ontario, including Kenora and out into Quebec. Big fish were coming in from all over the province. It took 90″ just to make it into the top 16. The winners this month put up some impressive fish. The top 5 was spread out from Lake St Clair, Lake Erie, Lake Ontario, Lake Simcoe and multiple lakes on the interior of the province. Congratulations go out to the winners this month:
1st place – Rob Mark – 102.25″ – $569.90
2nd place – Mike Morand – 101″ – $284.96
3rd place – Dan Doyle – 99″ – $95.00
Special mention goes to Lucas Van Natter and Matt Muenz. Great run at the title from these two guys.Now its time for the August ‘Swamp Donkey” challenge and I can’t wait to see some giant largemouth this month. With another great turnout of anglers I am sure they will show up.
